To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and invoice
- Show no signs of use, damage, or tampering by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
Damaged Delivery Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
Our team will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or agreed alternative method
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may also be exchanged for the same item, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
